Owners, Richard and Kristen Caldwell have a combined total of 25 years in the meat processing business. Richard and Kristen "took the plunge" and opened 4 Quarter Processing in 2004. Also in stock is our newest venture, Ground Chicken and Ground Chicken Patties as well as our own pasture raised, non-GMO, antibiotic free Chickens and Turkeys. (Turkeys are seasonal) We do not use chlorine bath or irradiation on any poultry. You will appreciate the difference when you taste meat from our processing plant.
